This is going to sound unnecessarily bitchy, but those who know me personally will remember that it's not a new thing.
Mom quit school because who knows why. Since I was riding with her to school, this means that while she gets to stay home, I get to take the bus to school and get picked up.
I hate taking the bus.
let me say that again, for those of you in the audience who are hard of reading.
I FUCKING HATE TAKING THE BUS.
The waiting. The schedules. The anxiety of getting there too late. The awkwardness of getting there too early. The people who try to make conversation with me at the bus stop. Having to pee and not being able to stop whenever I want to. Having to sit next to big hairy mouth-breathers. The ratio of me to learning disabled people being 1:FREAKING NINE BILLION*
The fact that NOBODY ELSE EVER HAS TO TAKE THE FUCKING BUS, ONLY ME. Why? WHY?? EVERY semester this ends up happening. EVERY semester I have to wait outside in the cold and the rain and the heat and the sweating surrounded by junkies and Special Ed kids**. Every semester I think this is it, I get to ride in an actual CAR to get to class, but NO, IT'S THE FUCKING BUS AGAIN.
argh.
I hate the bus.

*Dealing with learning-disabled people requires patience and understanding that I do not have while fuming about having to ride the bus. I dislike having to sit next to anyone who is going to try my already very frayed patience. Call me a calloused insensitive bitch, I don't care.
**Ditto. |

I've been kicking around the idea of doing a black-and-white comic for fun. And KTK was just so darned cute.
