So does anyone want to explain to me how to factor a quadratic equation whose leading co-efficient is greater than one?
Example: 4z(2)-23z+15=0
I can usually do the simpler ones with no problem-- x(2)+10x+25=0-- but I've been staring at the explanation for the 'greater than one' version for like ten minutes, and even tried looking up a way to do it online, but come up with nothing.
Please, people, my only other alternative is to actually ask my teacher, and I really, really don't want to do that.
